Proper walking posture is natural, but in our modern time of working at a desk all day and driving everywhere, we have forgotten some of the basics. Re-learning how to activate your feet and legs while you walk can heal your heels (and all the other parts too).

Easy-to-do movements used by dancers, physical therapists, and athletic trainers can rehabilitate your feet from plantar faciitis (sharp pain in your arch, toes, or heels) and ankle weakness. You'll feel better and have the skills you need to stay out of pain.

Your teacher, Nicole Lentfer, is a licensed acupuncturist, yogini, martial artist, and dancer. Using information from Chinese medicine, yoga, and training that helps athletes stay in their prime, she'll show you what to do and make sure you get results.
